摘要 目的建立测定半夏糖浆中薄荷脑含量的气相色谱法。方法采用HP-Innowax聚乙二醇毛细管柱(30 m×0.32 mm,0.25μm),柱温110℃,进样口温度150℃,检测器温度200℃,载气为氮气。结果薄荷脑进样量在0.054 92~0.439 36μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为98.88%,RSD=1.49%(n=6)。结论该法简便、快速、准确,可用于半夏糖浆的薄荷油含量控制。 Objective To establish a GC method for the determination of menthol in Banxia Syrup. Methods The analysis column was HPInnowax(30 m ×0. 32 m,0. 25 μm),and the FID was used as detector. The column temperature was 110 ℃ ,the injector temperature was 150℃, the detector temperature was 200 ℃ ,supporting gas was N2. Results The linearity and correlation coefficient were yielded from the range of 0.054 92-0.439 36 μg(r=0.999 9).The average recovery rate was 98.88%, RSD= 1.49% (n=6). Conclusion The method appears to be accurate,rapid and simple,which can be applied to the quality control of Banxia Syrup.
