摘要
分析了国内外配电自动化的研究与发展情况，对配电自动化各组成部分要实现的功能、需要配备的元件做了介绍。最后，文章还提出了配电自动化软件设计的建议。
This paper analyzes the international and national conditions about research and development of Distribution Automation. At the same time it introduces the functions and elements of Distribution Automation. At last, the paper puts forward some advice in divising software.
