摘要
目的:探讨肾细胞癌(renal cell carcinoma,RCC)中细胞周期素依赖激酶抑制蛋白p27kip(lp27)与多层螺旋CT(Multi-slice CT,MSCT)部分征象间的关系.方法:观察CT图象上肿瘤大小,有无坏死、液化、囊变,强化峰值,肿瘤边界,有无肾周脂肪浸润、淋巴结肿大,静脉侵犯,邻近器官侵犯或/和远处转移等,进一步分析肾细胞癌中p27表达与MSCT征象关系.结果:54例RCC组织中p27阳性表达率与部分MSCT征象有关(P<0.05).结论:RCC的部分MSCT征象与p27的表达有关,提示RCC的部分MSCT征象可间接反映肾细胞癌的生物学行为.
Objective： To investigate the relationship between cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor p^27kipl（p^27） in renal cell carcinoma（RCC） and partial signs of multi-slice CT（MSCT）.Methods： Through CT images,we observed the tumor size,tumor border,peak attenuation,with or without necrosis,liquefaction,cystic degeneration,perinephric fat infiltration,lymphadenectasis,venous invasion,adjacent organ involvement and/ or distant metastasis,and further analysed the relationship between p^27 expression and MSCT signs.Results： In 54 RCC tissues,p^27 positive expression rate was related to some signs of MSCT（P0.05）.Conclusion： There is relationship between some MSCT signs of RCC and p^27 expression,which suggests that some MSCT signs of RCC can reflect its biological behavior.
