从个人-组织匹配(个人-组织价值观匹配、需求-供给匹配、要求-能力匹配)、职业决策困难、大学生职业决策社会生态模型方面对高校护生职业决策的研究进展进行了综述。
It summarized the research progress on career decision of uiversity nursing students from aspects of individual-organization match（individnal-organization values watch demand-supply match,demand-ability match,the difficulty of career decision and social ecological model of career decision of university students.
