摘要
信任是图书馆合作的基础,也是图书馆联盟成功运行和稳定发展的基石与关键因素,在图书馆联盟中具有非常重要的作用。由于信任具有脆弱性、感染性、易破坏性、影响因素复杂性等特点,对图书馆联盟中的信任关系应给予灵活、动态的关注。为了培育成员馆之间的信任关系,不仅要构建图书馆联盟信任的产生机制,而且要采取一些有效的保障措施,以促使联盟成员馆间的初始信任向持续信任的转化,从而建立成员馆间长期持久的信任关系。
Trust is not only the base of library cooperation, but also the key factor for the successful operation and stable development of library consortium. Thus it plays an important role in library consortium. Owing to the frangibility, infectivity, unsteadiness and complexity of trust, the trust relation among library consortium should be paid dynamic and agile attention. In order to cultivate the trust relation among member libraries, library consortium should not only construct trust mechanism but also implement some effective measures to promote the initial trust to continuing trust, thus to establish the long and standing trust relation among member libraries.
