摘要
为探讨开环式分段痔上黏膜切除术（开环式PPH）的临床应用价值，采用开环式微创肛肠吻合器治疗脱垂性痔12例。结果显示，本组患者平均手术时间42min，术后住院时间5．4d，脱出痔核均消失，随访2个月，无并发症发生。结果表明，开环式PPH治疗脱垂性痔是一种新术式，具有微创、安全、手术操作简便等特点，更加符合人体的生理结构和功能。
The objective of the study was to analyze the applicable value of the procedure of ring-open segmental PPH （RS-PPH） in the treatment of prolapsed hemorrhoids（PH）. Twelve patients with PH underwent the procedure of RS-PPH. Results showed that the mean operative time was 42 min, the hospital stay was 5.4 days, no prolapsed hemorrhoids were found and no recurrence was noticed during follow up of 2 months. It is concluded that RS-PPH is a new procedure in the treatment of PH,and is of such good points as microtrauma,safety, better efficacy and simple manipulation, which correspond physiology structure and function of human body.
