摘要
根据磁力研磨法的工作原理,研制了阔芯棱边去毛刺实验装置,并通过实验分析了各种因素对去毛刺效率、工作表面粗糙度以及工件形状误差的影响.结果表明,利用磁力研磨法能够有效地去除阀芯桂边毛刺,且保持适宜的棱边圆角半径.
In view of that there exist burrs in the edges and corners of the ground servo-valve, an experimental device was designed by using magnetic finishing. Using the device, the factors that affected the deburing speed are studied and the factors affecting the surface roughness and roundness and column of workpiece are analyzed. The results show that magnetic finishing may efficiently deburr and ensure appropritate edge's radius.
