摘要
基桩声波透射法是目前最主要的一种基桩完整性无损检测方法,但该方法在工程应用中普遍存在桩身完整性等级判定时的主观性、随意性较大等问题。通过对基桩声波透射法波速、波幅及PSD(声时-深度曲线相邻两点的斜率与相邻时差值的乘积)判据进行分析比较,基于现场试验及计算研究,考虑两测管不平行等影响因素,提出了基桩声波透射法检测数据的综合评判方法。该方法不仅构建了有效的全新的综合评判体系,而且模型桩试验研究及工程实践表明:该评判方法可以有效地提高检测数据分析、处理的客观性和科学性,值得大力推广。
The collected data of integrity testing of pile by ultrasonic crosshole testing requires further calculation and analysis to find the defects along the pile length.For drilling piles,a new analysis method for the collected data based on the research work of test and calculation is proposed to reduce the subjective of tested results.The concept of "ultrasonic test line" is described;a new procedure which used to decide the critical velocity and the comprehensive system that constructed by the units of cross sections of pile is expounded.This method has been proved to be available and more impersonal and accepted by Technical code for testing of building foundation piles of Guangdong province in China.
