摘要
对当前企业管理信息系统（ＭａｎｇｅｍｅｎｔＩｎｆｏｒｍａｔｉｏｎＳｙｓｔｅｍ）建设中出现的问题进行了深入分析，提出了如何正确看待并且如何分布实施ＭＩＳ系统建设的新思路．
We analyse the problems in the construction of the Enterprise Management Information System, and give a new viewpoint on how to design and implement MIS systems. Furthermore, we present a new idea of high-level information processing and a blueprint of MIS construction.
