分子光谱技术在癌症诊断中的应用

摘要 癌症是威胁人类健康和生命的最主要疾病之一,寻找方便、快捷、准确的癌症诊断方法意义重大。由于临床症状和现有的医学影像技术对分子水平上的变化不敏感,难以将其运用于诊断早期肿瘤,因此分子光谱技术发挥了其"能在分子水平上反映物质的结构和变化"的优势,在癌症诊断方面的应用也越来越广泛,备受人们关注。本文介绍了分子荧光、红外、拉曼、核磁共振四种分子光谱技术,并阐述了这四种分子光谱技术在癌症诊断中的具体应用。 Cancer is one of the main dangerous diseases threatening human's health and life, hence it is of great significance to look for a convenient, efficient and accurate diagnosis of cancer. The clinical symptoms and current medical imaging techniques are not sensitive to changes at the molecular level, so it is difficult to apply it to the diagnosis of early cancer. Because of the advantage of molecular spectra technology, that is, reflecting changes and the structures of substance at the molecular level, it is widely used in cancer diagnosis and being increasingly paid special attention to. Moleeule fluorescence spectroscopy, infrared speetroseopy, Raman speetroseopy and nuclear magnetic resonance are briefly described in this paper. In addition, the specific application of these molecular spectra in cancer diagnosis has also been described.
