摘要
精神病患者在接受抗精神病药物治疗时,往往同时接受其他类别的药物治疗,联合用药的情况比较多见。临床常用非典型抗精神病药物主要经细胞色素P450酶代谢,影响其代谢酶活性的药物可导致药物代谢的改变,升高或降低血药浓度,从而增加不良反应的发生或降低药效。本文就非典型抗精神病药物的代谢途径及相互作用进行综述。
Psychiatric patients often receive therapy of antipsychotic drug and other types of drug.The atypical antipsychotics are mainly catalyzed by CYP450 so that any factors which could influence the activity of those enzymes may alter the metabolism and result in the change of plasma concentration,efficacy and adverse effects.The paper reviews the metabolism and drug interaction related to atypical antipsychotics.
