摘要
考察饲料中添加自制酵母甘露寡糖、外购甘露寡糖和黄霉素对奥尼罗非鱼肠道菌群的影响。实验以平均初重20.04±0.13g的奥尼罗非鱼为实验对象,在基础饲料中分别添加0.00%(对照组)、0.5%的自制酵母甘露寡糖、0.5%的外购甘露寡糖和8mg/kg黄霉素。传统菌落计数结果表明,各添加剂都能明显改变幼鱼肠道中的乳酸杆菌和大肠杆菌的数量及比例,饵料中添加0.5%的自制酵母甘露寡糖更能优化罗非鱼肠道微生物的微生态环境。DGGE图谱分析表明,自制酵母甘露寡糖、外购甘露寡糖、黄霉素的加入都改变了罗非鱼原有的肠道微生物的微生态环境,其中自制酵母甘露寡糖对罗非鱼肠道微生物的微生态影响更大。
This research studied the effects of homemade yeast mannan-oligosaccharides, purchased mannan- otigosaccharides and flavomycin on the intestinal flora of tilapia.The study focused on the average initial weight 20.04 ±0.13g of tilapia, the basic diets were formulated to contain 0.5% homemade yeast mannan- oligosaccharides,0.5% purchased mannan- oligosaccharides and 8mg/kg flavomycin, respectively, and the control contained no mannan-oligosaccharides or flavomycin. The result from plate count method showed the number and portion of lactic acid bacteria and E. coil from intestinal tract of juvenile tilapia were significantly affected by different addictives. The intestinal microbial micro-ecological environment of juvenile tilapia was optimized by homemade yeast mannan-oligosaccharides.The DGGE fingerprint showed that the original tilapia intestinal microbial micro-ecological environment was changed by homemade yeast mannan-oligosaccharides, purchased mannan- oligosaccharides and flavomycin. In contrast to the other two addictives, homemade yeast mannan-oligosaccharides had more impact on the intestinal microbial micro-ecological environment of tilapia.
