摘要
蒸发式冷凝器利用冷却水蒸发时的汽化潜热来吸收制冷剂的热量,所以耗水量低。它的耗水量约为水冷式的1/25~1/50,必将得到广泛的应用。由于蒸发式冷凝器的传热过程中同时存在着热交换与质交换,所以计算比较复杂,而且方法较多也不一致。介绍了一种简单实用的带预冷器的蒸发式冷凝器的设计方法,此法可用于常规蒸发式冷凝器的设计计算。
Evaporative Condenser absorbs the heat of refrigerant by using the evaporating heat whencooling water evaporating. So the wasting water capacity is very low, just the same as 2% to 4%that of water cooled. It is sure that evaporative condenser will be used widely. Since there areheat exchange and quality exchange during heat transfering, the calculation is very complex,and the calculation method is not the same. Gives a kind of method of designing evaporativecondenser with pre-cooled in detail. It is available for designing normal evaporative condenser.
