摘要
高等学校特色发展问题,是当今高等教育改革与发展所面临的重点问题,是决定高等学校的水平、优势、竞争力和生命力的关键要素。目前,我国不少高校由于办学发展定位不明确,人才培养目标不清晰,学科建设与专业设置不合理,高校管理制度不健全等因素,致使特色发展褪色或缺失。潘懋元先生的高校特色发展理论表明:科学分类是高校特色发展的前提;理性定位是高校特色发展的关键;凝练办学理念是高校特色发展的引擎;促进人才培养目标多样化是高校特色发展的出发点和落脚点;强化学科特色是高校特色发展的核心;分类评估是高校特色发展的保障。
Nowadays,characteristic development of colleges and universities is the focus of higher education reform and development,and is also the determinant of higher schools＇ level,advantage,competitiveness and vitality.Because of such factors as the uncertain developing orientation,unclear talent training objective,unreasonable discipline construction and specialty establishment,and unsound higher school management system,characteristic development is reclusive or absent in many colleges and universities.Reading Pan Maoyuan＇s characteristic development theory of colleges and universities,the understanding was got as follows,for characteristic development of higher schools,scientific classification is the premise,rational orientation is the key,forming university-running ideas is the guidance,diversifying the talent training aim is the starting point and foothold,highlighting discipline features is the core,and sorting assessment is the guarantee.
