摘要
目的建立同时检测连翘、栀子主要有效成分的HPLC方法,考察药对连翘与栀子配伍前后主要化学成分的变化情况。方法采用高效液相色谱法对连翘、栀子的单味药提取液及连翘、栀子药对提取液中连翘苷和栀子苷的含量进行了测定。结果各成分提取量在单药煎液与药对煎液中变化不明显,药对提取液中栀子苷和连翘苷含量与单味药提取液比较,栀子苷在96.89%到98.24%之间,连翘苷在96.34%到102.67%之间(n=3)。结论建立了同时检测连翘、栀子主要有效成分的HPLC方法,为评价煎液中连翘苷和栀子苷质量提供依据,为进一步体内试验提供数据参考。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of main active ingredients in Fructus Forsythiae and Fructus Gardeniae before and after drug compatibility.Methods High performance liquid chromatography was used to analyze the contents of geniposide and phillyrin in the extractions of Fructus Forsythiae,Fructus Gardeniae and their combination.Results Each component in the extractions of single drug and drug pair showed no obvious changes.The contents of geniposide and phillyrin in the drug-pair decoction were 96.89 % to 98.24 % and 96.34 % to 102.67 % as much as those in the single-drug decoction.Conclusion A HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of main active ingredients in Fructus Forsythiae and Fructus Gardeniae has been established,which will provide evidence for quality control of geniposide and phillyrin in the extracts of medicinal material and provide reference for the further study in vivo.
