摘要
在阐述公私合作关系概念的基础上,从公私合作具体模式出发,分析私营部门获得回报的方式及标准。同时,通过分析公私合作在医疗领域中的应用,及在我国具体政策环境下的行动策略,为公立医院试点改革如何引入社会资本提供理论依据。
Analysis the return approach and standards of the private sector from the public-private partnership model,which based on explaining the concept of public-private partnerships.Plus,we are analyzing the public-private partnership in the medical field of application,and the action strategies under the policy environment in China.Then provide the theoretical basis for the introduction of social capital in the pilot reform of public hospitals.
