摘要
磁流变液保险机构延期解除保险时间还没有成熟的计算方法,因此通过建立合理的流体动力学模型,提出了磁流变液保险机构延期解除保险时间数学模型。该数学模型反映了弹丸转速、泄流孔孔径和磁流变液粘度,与延期解除保险时间的关系。仿真和试验结果表明:机构流体动力学模型和延期解除保险时间数学模型误差不大于15%,机构可以满足引信炮口安全距离要求,具有一定的推广应用价值。
The magneto-rheological fluid safe and arming device is a new type safe and arming device.Firstly,a reasonable hydrodynamics model of it was built,and the delay arming time model of the device was derived.The model illustrated the relationship between delay arming time and projectile rotating speed,and that between diameter of discharge hole and viscosity of magneto-rheological fluid.Simulation and experimental results showed that the error of the model of delay arming time was less than 15 percent,the device could meet the muzzle safety requirements of fuze.
