摘要
对木兰科Magnoliaceae中华木莲SinomanglietiaglaucaZ.X.Yu.etQ.Y.Zheng、乳源木莲ManglietiayuyuanensisLaw和白玉兰MagnoliadenudataDesr.3种植物从开花至聚合果成熟期的着生心皮的花、果轴进行横切制片的比较解剖观察,主要特点是:开花期———3种植物的花轴无明显差异。幼果期———3种植物聚合果轴中维管束数目依次为26~29,17~19和11~12束;华木莲的维管束间区射线细胞已基本解体消失,维管束纤维鞘细胞壁次生增厚较明显。聚合果发育增大期———华木莲聚合果轴中维管束间射线细胞完全解体消失,纤维鞘细胞壁厚达15.2μm。聚合果成熟期———乳源木莲和白玉兰果轴中维管束间区部分射线细胞均呈放射状分枝,纤维鞘细胞壁分别厚达7.6μm和8.4μm。本研究丰富了木兰科的比较解剖学资料,亦为上述3种植物的成熟聚合果轴开裂与否提供了可靠的解剖学证据,并支持华木莲属的建立。
The comparative anatomic study of three species in Magnoliaceae, i.e. Sinomanglietia glauca Z. X. Yu et Q. Y. Zheng, Manglietia yuyuanensis Law and Magnolia denudata Desr., is reported for the first time. The materials of their middle axes which bear carpel and fruitful axes for transection are taken at different periods from anthesis to mature syncarp. The main results are as following: Flower-There is no obvious difference in the flora axis structure of the three plants. Young fruit-The number of vascular bundle in the syncarp of the three plants is sequentially 26~29, 17~19, 11~12. The ray cells which are among vascular bundles in Sinomanglietia glauca almost disintegrate and disappear, the secondary cellar wall of fibrous sheath thickens obviously. Syncarp developing-The ray cells among vascular bundles in the fruitful axis of syncarp in sinomanglietia glauca completely disintegrate and disapper. The thickness of cellar wall in fibrous sheath is 15.2μm. Mature syncarp-some ray cells among vascular bundles in the fruitful axes of Manglietia yuyuanensis and Magnolia denudata are radiately branching. The thickness of their cellar wall in fibrous sheath is respectively 7.6μm and 8.4μm. The study enriches information for comparative anatomy in Magnoliaceae. It provides reliable anatomy evidence for whether the matured fruitful axis splits or not, and it also supports the opinion of establishing Sinomanglietia Z. X. Yu.
