摘要
为缩短主功率电路的设计周期,降低单相交流风机过滤器单元(FFU)变频调速控制器的复杂性和提高系统的可靠性,设计了一种基于三菱智能功率模块(IPM)模块PS21563的FFU变频调速控制器.该控制器具有电路结构简单、系统抗干扰性强和控制性能好等优点.
In order to shorten the design period, reduce complexity of the fan filter unit (FFU) variable frequency speed controller and improve the reliability of the system, a variable frequency speed controller for single-phase alternate current FFU based on intelligent power modules (IPM) is designed. This controller has such advantages as circuit of simple structure, strong resistance to interference and good control performance.
