摘要
针对水井头矿铁路桥下压煤开采上覆岩层松软的特点,通过对铁路桥下压煤开采技术现状分析,探索了解放铁路桥下压煤的有效途径,提出了"铁路桥下压煤短壁小块交替开采技术",即将铁路桥下压煤分割成小块开采,限厚2m,采取走向短壁,全垮落式管理顶板,先边缘后中央交叉连续开采程序.优化了开采方案,对铁路桥下压煤进行了安全开采,采出煤炭5.866×105t.该方法的成功应用,不仅为该矿带来巨大的经济效益,而且对类似条件下煤炭资源的安全高效开采具有重要的借鉴意义.
According to the mellow characteristic of overlying strata of pillar mining under Railway Bridge for Shuijingtou colliery and based on analysis of status of coal mining technology under the railway bridge, the way to liberate the protecting coal column under the railway bridge was discussed, and short-wall frust alternative mining technology for protecting coal column under railway bridge was proposed, i.e. the protecting coal column is divided into small pieces in order to exploited, limited to 2 m thick, taken to a short wall, full style management roof caving, cross-continuous mining process from the edges to the centre. The exploitation scheme was optimized, the protecting coal column under the railway bridge was mined, and ultimately 586.6 thousand tons coal was produced. The successful application of this mining method not only brings huge economic benefit to this colliery but al.so has important reference meaning to safety and high coal mining under the similar conditions.
