摘要 目的探讨医院肿瘤患者感染病原菌的分布及耐药现状,为临床预防和合理使用抗菌药物提供科学依据。方法统计分析肿瘤患者的临床资料;细菌鉴定采用法国生物梅里埃公司VITEK 32全自动细菌分析系统;药敏试验用K-B法进行。结果肿瘤患者感染的258株病原菌中阴沟肠杆菌占23.64%、克雷伯菌属占18.99%、金黄色葡萄球菌占13.57%、铜绿假单胞菌占13.18%,真菌占10.85%;革兰阴性菌主要细菌对亚胺培南敏感。结论肿瘤患者病原菌感染有不同于综合医院病原菌感染的特点,亚胺培南可推荐为临床首选抗革兰阴性菌药物。 OBJECTIVE To investigate the distribution and drug resistance status of pathogens in tumor patients and provide scientific evidence for clinical prevention and reasonable use of antibiotics. METHODS The clinical data of tumor patients were analyzed statistically. VITEK 32 produced by bioMfirieux was used to identify the strains. Drug sensitivity test was performed by K-B methods. RESULTS Among 258 strains of pathogens in tumor patients, the top five pathogenic bacteria were Enterobacter cloacae, Klebsiella, Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and fungi, accounting for 23.64 %, 18.99%, 13.57%, 13.18 % and 10.85%, respectively. The main bacteria in G- bacteria were sensitive to imipenem. CONCLUSION There are different characteristics of the bacterial infections between the patients in tumor hospital and the patients in the general hospital. Imipenem can be proposed as the first choice of antibiotics to treat G bacteria.
