摘要
提出用矩阵形式表示一组核酸序列的方法.以大肠杆菌SD序列(在起始密码子ATG前-1~-25位点的25个碱基范围内)为例给出了表示各位点单碱基、相邻双碱基、相邻三碱基出现的矩阵形式,并计算了体现序列的保守性、关联性的M(l)值,发现大肠杆菌SD序列保守性,相邻双碱基。
The method of the matrix representation for DNA sequences is provided.The matrixes that form the probabilities of the bases (single base,neighbor 2 base,3 base) in SD region (in region of -1 to -25 sites before ATG codon) for E.coli DNA sequences are given.The values of M(l) reflected conservative character and correlation character are calculated.We find that the conservative character of SD region of E.coli genes,the correlation characters of some elements (neighbor 2 base,3 base) are positive correlated to the genes expression level.
