摘要
以某在建的一联18跨客运专线连续梁桥为工程背景,论述了支座预偏量设置原理,并系统分析收缩徐变、施工方案、合龙温度以及混凝土弹性模量等因素对支座预偏量的影响,以确定合理的支座预偏量设置值。研究结果表明:收缩应变及徐变系数终极值对支座预偏量有较大影响,应合理取值;施工方案、合龙温度和混凝土弹性模量对支座预偏量均有不同程度的影响,工程中需根据实际采用的施工方案、合龙温度和弹性模量实测值计算设置支座预偏量。
Based on an 18-spans Passenger Dedicated Line continuous bridge construction,the principle of setting the pre-displacement of supports,the effects of creep and shrinkage of concrete,the construction scheme,the closure temperature and concrete modulus to the pre-displacement of supports are discussed,so as to determine a reasonable pre-displacement.The results indicate that: the ultimate value of shrinkage strain and creep coefficient are mainly responsible for the pre-displacement,so the ultimate value should be taken reasonably;meanwhile,the construction scheme,the closure temperature and concrete modulus have different effects on the pre-displacement,so in real projects,the pre-displacement ought to be calculated and set up according to the actual construction scheme,the actual closure temperature and the measured concrete elastic modulus.
