摘要
目的:观察高龄股骨颈骨折患者行保守或手术后的护理质量。方法:对68例外伤后高龄股骨颈骨折的患者在手术前后进行护理,关心体贴患者,了解手术部位供血情况、骨折固定的牢固情况及干扰骨痂生长的因素,指导患者早期功能锻炼,预防并发症。结果:经过平均6个月的随访,68例患者中43例未出现任何并发症,21例生活自理,4例有轻度并发症。结论:进行心理护理、指导早期功能锻炼是高龄外伤后股骨颈骨折患者早期康复的重要手段,可使患者的髋关节功能和生活质量得到明显提高。
Objective：To observe quality care of conservative or surgical treatment in elderly patients with femoral neck fracture.Methods：68 elderly and post-traumatic patients with femoral neck fracture were cared,before and after surgery,to understand the blood supply surgical site,the firm conditions of fracture fixation and interference factor of callus growth in order to guide early exercises and prevent complications. Results：After a follow-up of average 6 months, among 68 patient,43 cases are not any complications,21 cases are self-care,and 4 cases are mild complications.Conclu- sion：The psychological care and early exercise of guidance are important means for elderly and post-traumatic patients with femoral neck fracture and can significantly improve the hip joint function and the quality of life.
