摘要
利用湖南89个测站1959~2008年逐月降水量、气温观测资料,依据高桥浩一郎的陆面实际蒸散发经验公式,计算了湖南可利用降水量,从大气可提供的水资源部分,分析了湖南可利用降水量的时空演变特征.结果表明:湖南年可利用降水量区域分布差异显著,资江中下游、衡阳南岳和湘东、湘南边缘山区多,湘西北及西部边缘山区少.湖南年、季可利用降水量存在年代际及年际变化.从区域变化趋势看,湖南可利用降水量在冬、夏季以增加为主,春、秋季以减少为主.春季西部大部及长沙和岳阳部分地区可利用降水量下降趋势显著,夏季邵阳、娄底、怀化中部及郴州部分地区增加趋势显著,秋季可利用降水量以减少为主,冬季湘北大部和湘西南及湘东南部分地区则增加显著.
Based on the monthly precipitation and temperature data of Hunan's 89 stations from 1959 to 2008,the utilizable precipitation is calculated by means of Takahashi's evaporation equation.The temporal and spatial features of water resource components are also analyzed.The results indicate that annual utilizable precipitation in the middle and lower Zishui River,Nanyue,and the mountainous region in east and south of Hunan are more than that of north-west and mountainous region in west.The annual and seasonal utilizable precipitation all showed distinctively interannual and interdecadal oscillations.Regionally,winter and summer utilizable precipitation increased,spring and autumn utilizable precipitation reduced.The sping utilizable precipitation obviously reduced in the western of Hunan and some area of Changsha and Yueyang,summer one obviously increased in Shaoyang,Loudi,the middle of Huaihua and some area of Chenzhou,and autumn one reduced in most of Hunan,but winter utilizable precipitation obviously increased in the northern and south-west and south-east of Hunan Province.
