依托咪酯复合芬太尼全身麻醉诱导血液动力学的影响

摘要 全身麻醉诱导过程中,麻醉药对心血管的抑制作用及气管插管的心血管应激反应常引起血液动力学较大幅度的波动,因此,全身麻醉诱导时段易发生心血管意外。依托咪酯对心血管系统影响小,用于全身麻醉诱导有利于其稳定[1],
