摘要
目的:观察六君子汤合四逆散治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:将71例患者随机分为两组,治疗组38例给予六君子汤合四逆散治疗,对照组33例给予西药按照标准进行治疗。均以3个月为1疗程,共治疗2疗程。结果:临床疗效总有效率治疗组为86.8%,对照组为65.7%,两组比较,差异性有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论:六君子汤合四逆散治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效优于西药治疗。
Objective：To observe the treatment efficiency on chronic atrophic gastritis by using Liujunzi decoction combined with Sini powder.Method：71 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups.38 cases in treatment group were administered with Liujunzi decoction and Sini powder simultaneously ;33 cases in control group were treated with western medicines according to standard rules.Both groups have 2 courses of treatment with 3 months each.Results：The overall efficiency of clinical treatment is 86.8% in treatment group,while 65.7% in control group.There is significant difference between two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Liujunzi decoction combined with Sini powder is better than western medicines in treatment on chronic atrophic gastritis.
