摘要
先兆流产,中医称为胎漏、胎动不安,是育龄妇女常见病之一。先兆流产经休息和治疗后可继续妊娠;如未得到及时治疗,导致症状加重,则可能发展为流产。目前西医对本病的治法有休息、镇静、补充激素等方法。中医药在流产类疾病中最具治疗优势,如能得到及时的救治,可助患者转危为安。文章总结了作者对先兆流产的病因病机的认识和中医特色治疗方法。
Threatened abortion,the Chinese called Tai Lou,fetal irritability is one of the common diseases of women of childbearing age.Threatened abortion treated by rest and may continue to pregnancy;without timely treatment,leading to aggravation of symptoms,may develop of inevitable abortion.Currently western medicine therapies for this disease have a rest,sedation,added hormones and other methods.Chinese medicine in the treatment of abortion,the most dominant class of diseases,such as to get timely treatment,can help patients pull through.This paper summarizes the author threatened abortion understanding of pathogenesis and treatment of Chinese characteristics.
