摘要
介绍了现浇混凝土拱形骨架施工工艺,通过采用带盖模的模板设计方案,采用先施工拱形骨架基础,再施工拱形骨架护角,最后进行拱形骨架施工的施工顺序,采用留天窗口进行混凝土浇筑,原浆收面方法,既保证了现浇混凝土拱形骨架内在质量和外观质量,又加快了施工进度。
This paper introduces the construction techniques of the cast-in-place concrete arch skeleton, through using model template design program with cover mold, adopts advanced construction arch skeleton base, then constructs protection-angle of arch skeleton, finally carries on the construction order of the arch skeleton construction. Meanwhile, it operates concreting by keeping proof-window and the oleo stock receiving surface, which both has guaranteed intrinsic quality and the appearance quality of the cast-in-place concrete arch skeleton, and sped up the construction progress.
