“W”型火焰锅炉低负荷两台磨运行技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对某电厂2台300 MW机组"W"型火焰锅炉存在启停备用磨煤机助燃用油消耗量大以及2台磨煤机运行时锅炉燃烧不稳、飞灰和炉渣可燃物质量分数高的问题,在分析"W"型火焰锅炉设备特点及锅炉运行经验的基础上,进行了启停备用磨煤机不投油的试验研究,取得了成功,并提出了具有较高运行安全性和经济性的2台磨煤机运行组合方式。结果表明:通过对粗粉分离器改进、增加炉膛卫燃带面积以及加强燃烧调整,可以有效降低2台磨煤机运行时飞灰和炉渣可燃物的质量分数,提高锅炉的安全性与经济性,具有较高的经济效益、社会效益和应用推广价值。 To solve the practical problems of big fuel oil consumption during start-up and shutdown of pulverizer,instable combustion when two pulverizers running,and high concentration of fly ash and slag,based on the analysis of the characteristics of W-flame boiler equipment and boiler operation experience,the experimental research on the start-up and shutdown of spare pulverizers without injecting fuel oil was carried on successfully.The mode of two coal pulverizers operation with higher safety and economical efficiency was proposed.The results showed the methods of modification of the coarse particle separator,increasing the refractory belt area in furnace and strengthening combustion adjustment can decrease the concentration of fly ash and slag effectively and increase the safety and economical efficiency with two mills in service,which has remarkable economical and social benefit,application and generalization value.
