聚乳酸薄膜表面SiO_x层的制备与阻隔性研究 被引量:15

摘要 聚乳酸是一种可完全生物降解的新型绿色包装材料,由于其良好的物理机械性能、生物相容性、可吸收性及对人体和环境的无毒性等,广泛应用于各种包装领域。本研究利用等离子体增强化学气相沉积法在厚度为40μm的聚乳酸(PLA)基材上制备阻隔性能优良的SiO_x层。制备的SiO_x层无色透明且与基材附着牢固。实验分别采用FTIR、SEM和AFM对沉积的SiO_x层进行结构和表面性能分析,以表面轮廓仪测量SiO_x层厚度,以透氧仪和透湿仪表征SiO_x层的阻隔性。结果表明:制备的SiO_x层表面结构均匀致密,平均厚度为174nm,透氧率从原膜的167.52cm^3/(m^2·24h)降低到17.88cm^3/(m^2·24h),透湿率从原膜的132.93g/(m^2·24h)降低到15.23g/(m^2·24h),阻隔性能明显改善。 Polylactic acid is a kind of new green packaging material with fully biodegradable,which has a wide application because of its good mechanical property,degradability,biocompatibility,absorbability and innocuity to the human body and the environment.To get the Polylactic Acid(PLA)film with good barrier performance,SiOx layer on a PLA substrate of 40μm thickness was deposited by plasma enhanced chemical vapour deposition(PECVD)technology.SiOx layer was colorless and adhered firmly on the PLA substrate.In this paper,SiOx layer structure,composition,morphology and barrier properties were analysed by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),atomic force microscopy(AFM),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),water vapor transmission rate(WVTR)and oxygen transmission rate in detail.The results show that the structure of the SiOx layer was homogeneous and compact,the thickness of the SiOx layer was 174nm.It was found that OTR of the film decreased from 167.52 cm^3/(m^2·24h)to 17.88 cm^3/(m^2·24h),and WVTR of the film decreased from 132.93g/(m^2·24h)to 15.23g/(m^2·24h).Thus,barrier property of the PLA film was improved obviously.
