摘要 "设计-施工"总承包(design-build)模式以其自身的特点和优势,近年来在国内外工程中得到大量应用。以香港建筑署将军澳运动场工程为例,从承建商的角度深入阐述了"设计-施工"总承包在香港政府工程中的运作模式,以及管理过程中遇到机遇和风险的应对措施并加以探讨和总结,最后对我国"设计-施工"总承包模式发展提出建议。 In recent years,more and more design build contracting projects are used at home and abroad,because of their characteristic and advantages.Taking Tseung Kwan O stadium project as example,the design build operation mode of Hongkong government projects from the contractors view are described.Moreover,the management risk and its resolution measures are discussed.At last,the development of design build operation mode in our country is put forward.
