摘要
利用ADAMS软件建立发动机动力总成悬置系统的六自由度动力学模型,进行怠速工况下的振动仿真,得到模型的固有频率、能量分布百分比和加速度与位移频率响应曲线;分析仿真结果,表明悬置系统基本满足发动机隔振要求,但是存在耦合现象,指出下一步设计时,需对悬置系统进行解耦。
Build the six-degree-of-freedom dynamic model of power-train mount system of engine,and carry out the vibration simulation at idel speed,getting the inherent frequency,percent of energy distributing and the frequency response curve of acceleration and displacement;analyzing the results of simulation shows that the mount system basically meet the require of vibration isolation,but the coupling exists in the mount system and decoupling is what shoud be done in future design.
