摘要
目的:探讨注射用鹿瓜多肽致不良反应的临床特点及发生规律,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:采用回顾性研究方法,对国内15例和我院24例注射用鹿瓜多肽不良反应病例进行分析。结果:注射用鹿瓜多肽所致不良反应临床表现89.74%为变态反应,牵涉到呼吸系统、皮肤及其附件损害等多个方面,过敏性休克占一定比例。结论:注射用鹿瓜多肽引起的不良反应要引起重视和探讨,在使用过程中必须严密监测。
Objective：To explore the general pattern and characteristics of adverse drug reactions induced by cervus and cucumis polypeptide for injection so as to provide references for clinical rational drug use.Methods：Analysis was retrospectively investigated on 39 cervus and cucumis polypeptide for injection-induced ADR case reported in domestic medical journals and in our hospital.Results：35 Cases（89.74%） associated with the adverse effects were involved in the respiratory system,cardiovascular system,gastrointestinal tract,skin and its appendages,etc.More attention should be paid to allergic shock.Conclusion：Cervus and cucumis polypeptide for injection should be used with more caution and close monitoring.
