摘要
在建立艾滋病、病毒性肝炎中医临床科研信息一体化技术平台中,规范、准确的艾滋病、病毒性肝炎中医临床术语是重要的基础和保证。研究充分利用前期研究结果,结合目前的科研实际需求,确定术语覆盖范围、完善术语分类框架及编码体系等,形成21 318条艾滋病、病毒性肝炎中医临床术语,并利用软件平台加工形成了201 984条临床术语单元,方便临床病历书写和为复杂临床数据的分析、挖掘提供服务。
In the establishment of AIDS, viral hepatitis unified clinical and research information platform. Standardized and accurate TCM AIDS, viral hepatitis clinical terminology is the foundation and guarantee. This study is full advantage of previous studies, combined with the current research needs I to determine the terms coverage and improve the classification framework and coding system of the term. This study forms 21,318 AIDS, viral hepatitis TCM clinical terms and 201,984 clinical term units by using software processing platform, which facilitates the writing of clinical cases and the mining of complexity clinical data.
