摘要
目的探讨磁场作用对肿瘤生长的影响。方法用免疫组织化学和HE染色法对17只磁场作用下的荷瘤小鼠进行病理学观察。结果15mT的50Hz交变磁场和80mT的稳恒磁场均能提高机体的免疫功能,对肿瘤组织的供血情况有明显的抑制作用,且磁场使肿瘤组织内形成丰富间质纤维,肿瘤的坏死明显增多。而肿瘤的分化程度和PCNA的表达无明显差异。结论磁场能抑制肿瘤的生长。
Objective To investigate the affection of magnetic fields to tumor growth. Methods 17 cases of tumorbearing mice inmagnetic fields was observed by immunohistochemistry and HE. ResultsBZ 15 mT,50Hz timevarying magnetic field and 80 mT static magnetic field increased immunofunction. The two magnetic fields inhibited the blood supply and improved the interstitial fibre forming in tumor tissue.It enhanced tumor necrosis.However,there was little difference between degree of differentiation and expression of PCNA in tumor. Conclusion The effect of magnetic fields can inhibit the growth of tumor.
