摘要
应用GC-MS法对肉桂药材的挥发油进行指纹图谱研究。采用超临界CO2流体萃取法提取肉桂挥发油,进一步用GC-MS技术对其进行指纹图谱测定,并采用国家药品监督管理局推荐的中药指纹图谱计算软件进行计算,建立肉桂挥发油的共有指纹图谱。其方法有较好的重现性、精密度和稳定性(RSD均小于3%),得到较好的肉桂挥发油GC-MS指纹图谱。为肉桂药材的质量控制提供有效手段。
Objective To investigate the chromatographic fingerprints of Cassia Bark oil by GC-MS.Methods Cassia Bark oil is extracted by SFE-CO2,chromatographic fingerprints is established by GC-MS,Mutual fingerprint of ten samples of the essential oil of Cassia Bark was established by the alike calculation software of Chinese herbal fingerprint designed by Research Center of Modernization of Chinese Herbal Medicines of Central South University.Results The accuracy,fidelity and stability of instrument are very good in the tests(RSD smaller than 3%),as a result,the GC-MS fingerprints of Cassia Bark oil were obtained with perfect isolation.Conclusions The fingerprints could be used for the quality of control Cassia Bark.
