摘要
实名审稿制与匿名审稿制各有利弊。相比于实名审稿制,双向匿名审稿制(双盲审稿)更有其现实意义和普遍适用性;只要采取相应措施就能在很大程度上弥补其缺陷。同行审稿制的关键是要采取有效措施避免审稿过程中非理性、非学术性因素的干扰。
Peer review is the key link for ensuring the quality of sci-tech periodicals.Real name system and double-anonymous system all have advantages and disadvantages.The double anonymous system posses even more reality and practical meanings than the real name system.As long as corresponding measures are taken,the defects of double anonymous system will be remedied to a greater extent.The key of peer-review system is to adopt effective measures to avoid the influencing of non-academic and non-reasonable factors in the reviewing process.
