摘要
利用NiTi合金的独特性质,提出了将NiTi合金作为压气机榫接结构的材料.通过有限元软件MSC.Marc进行数值模拟,研究在低周、高低周复合载荷作用下NiTi合金抗微动疲劳特性,并提出利用节点的微动综合参数(FFD)值确定危险点,用名义应力法预测构件的微动疲劳寿命的方法.结果表明:提出的微动疲劳寿命预估方法是合理有效的,NiTi形状记忆合金的抗微动疲劳特性明显优于TC11等普通材料.
Based on the unique properties of NiTi shape memory alloys(SMA),a new type of dovetail joints was presented in this paper.Finite element analyses(FEA) were performed by using software MSC.Marc to research the fretting fatigue at low cycle fatigue(LCF) and low and high cycle combine fatigue(L-HCCF).Fretting fatigue life was predicted by using nominal stress method,whereby the initiating position of the crack was determined according to fretting fatigue damage(FFD) value.As a consequence,the method of predicting the fretting fatigue life is reasonable and valid,and fretting fatigue-resistance of NiTi-SMA is much better than traditional materials such as TC11.
