摘要
根据自行研制的纤维直径和纤维含量测试系统的特点及同类仪器的发展趋势,研究了用边缘提取和面积法求纤维平均直径并提取纤维色度值的方法.该方法测试的直径受纤维直径不匀影响较小,代表性强;并验证了将着色法与显微镜法相结合识别纤维素纤维及其混合物的可行性,使识别准确率显著提高;探讨了人机交互设计方法和实现途径,提高了测试效率,降低了劳动强度.
In term of the performance of self-developed fiber diameter and blending analysis system and the development of its counterparts, a new method of diameter testing and chromatic value determining is developed based on the edge extract and area method. The diameter testing result is immune from diameter variety and remain stable. The feasibility of identifying cellulose fibers and their blending are verified by the combination of stain and microscope method, so the identification rate is increased. The method and procedure of human-computer interaction are developed, so high testing efficiency and low labor demand are achieved.
