焦炉煤气制氢预处理工艺的改进

Improvement on pre-treating process in hydrogen production by coke oven gas

摘要 针对某公司引进的一套焦炉煤气制氢装置在投产后存在的诸多问题,进行了认真研究和分析。通过在原有装置中对预处理工序等进行的一系列工艺技术改造,不仅降低了蒸汽消耗,提高了吸附剂的使用寿命,而且使装置连续运转时数突破了16 000 h。 A few years ago, a hydrogen plant using COG was built in our corporation. Unfortunately, many prob- lems, such as dissatisfactory production capacity, short life - span of sorbets, high consumption of steam arose after the plant was run. A series of technique - improvements on pre - treating process in the plant were performed on the basis of serious study and analysis on the original process. The final manufacture practice shows that the new process has been improved a lot. As a result, original design producing - hydrogen capacity of the plant is reached, and using life- spans of sorbets have been largely increased. At the same time, steam consumption is cut down sharply and continuous working hours of new plant have broken through 16 000h.
