摘要
针对多普勒超声波流量计存在测量精度不高的问题,采用离散傅里叶变换方法进行功率谱分析,利用DSP处理数据.分析了多普勒超声波工作原理,研究了离散傅里叶变换进行功率谱分析的算法.根据多普勒超声波工作原理,设计了流量采集和处理电路,分析了电路设计的原理与作用.通过流量计在复杂环境下试验测试,其引用误差均小于1%,明显提高了流量计的测量精度.
The analysis of power spectrum by using discrete fourier transform is made and the process of data by using DSP is proposed to solve the problem of low accuracy of dopplor ultrasonic flow meters.The working principle of the Doppler ultrasound is introduced and the algorithm for power spectrum analysis by using discrete Fourier transform is studied;Based on the principle of Doppler ultrasound,flow meter collection and processing circuits are designed.The design principle and the role of the circuit are analyzed.When the flow meter is tested in a complex environment,its reference error is less than 1%.The experimental results show that the measurement accuracy of the flowmeter is improved greatly.
