摘要
设计了基于组态王的炭化过程自动监控系统,针对高温化学反应的特点开展了控制策略。系统通过以单片机(MCU)为核心的下位机实现检测控制功能,安装组态王的微机为上位机实现控制算法并监控系统运行。该系统界面友好、操作简便、功能强大、控温精度高。实验结果表明,通过该系统的应用,实现了炭化过程温度的多段升温和气氛接入的自动监控。
Designed a carbonization process control system based on Kingvicw, launched control strategy according to the characteristics of high-temperature chemical reaction. Through the slave, which used MCU as its core, the system could detect temperature of the furnace and control its power, and achieves configuration of the system and control algorithm by the master, which was a PC running Kingview. The system wais user-friendly, simple, functional, high precision in temperature controling. Experimental results showed that the system could bring about multi-stage process of temperature control and gas atmosphere accessautomaticly.
