环境友好型钼酸盐三元缓蚀剂的复配研究 被引量:11

A NEW ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY CORROSION INHIBITOR SYSTEM BASED ON MOLYBDATE

摘要 针对工业循环冷却水的腐蚀问题,提出了1种由钼酸钠、丙烯酸(AA)-丙烯酸羟丙酯(HPA)-乙烯基磺酸钠(SVS)共聚物、锌盐组成的复合缓蚀剂配方。通过失重法和极化曲线法研究发现,这3者存在明显协同缓蚀效应,可使钼酸钠用量大幅度减少。试验得出复合缓蚀剂配方为:质量浓度分别为30mg·L-1的钼酸钠、20mg·L-1的AA-HPA-SVS共聚物和4mg·L-1的锌盐,复配药剂总用量为54mg·L-1,其腐蚀率为48.1μm·a-1,缓蚀率为94.16%。极化曲线测试结果表明,该复合缓蚀剂为抑制阳极反应为主的阳极型缓蚀剂。该复合配方在水温80℃,Ca2+、HCO3-的质量浓度均为250mg·L-1的介质环境中,阻垢率可达到95.84%。 A new environmentally friendly corrosion inhibitorsystem based on molybdate, AA-HPA-SVS terpolymerand zinc salt was developed to circumvent the corrosion problems brought by recirculating cooling water. It's showed that there were obvious synergistic effects among them, which made the dosage of molybdate decline dramatically. A formulation containing 30 mg·L-1 molybdate, 20 mg·L-1 terpolymerand 4 mg·L-1 zinc salt was determined through weigh loss experiments, in which the three components combine togetherto give great performance with corrosion rate of carbon steel at 48.1 μm·a-1 and corrosion inhibition efficiency up to 94.16%. Electrochemical polarizations illustrated this molybdate-based inhibitor was an anodic corrosion inhibitor. Meanwhile, scale inhibition efficiency of this multicomponent corrosion inhibitorcan reach 95.84%forCaCO3 in aqueous solution containing 250 mg·L-1 (Ca2+), 250 mg·L-1 (HCO3-) at 80 ℃.
