摘要
陆丰13-1油田的浮式储油装置南海盛开号上的外输扫线系统自从油田投产以来一直采用柴油作为扫线介质,造成了柴油的巨大浪费,增加了南海盛开号的操作费用,同时也不符合国家节约能源的政策,通过对原始的工艺进行分析,提出了利用浮式储油装置FSOU上的经过处理的锅炉尾气作为扫线介质的技术方案,并成功地应用与该储油装置上,取得了良好的运行效果和经济效益。
Scanning line transmission system of oilfield float-type oil storage equipment on Lufeng 13-1 on Nanhai Shengkai has been used as a scanning line medium of diesel oil.That resulting in enormous waste of diesel fuel,and increased operating costs of Hainan Shengkai.It does not meet national energy conservation policy.Through analyzing original technology,a new method is proposed.By this method,boiler exhaust gas treated by float-type storage device FSOU is used as scanning line media technology.It is used successfully the storage device and obtains a good run effects and economic benefits.
