试验选用初始体质量(0.33±0.00)g/尾的凡纳滨对虾Litopenaeus vannamei,在42 d的饲养期中分别投喂1种含6%鱼油的对照饲料(FO)和3种添加不同比例豆油替代鱼油的试验饲料,鱼油和豆油分别为:4.5%+1.5%,3.0%+3.0%和1.5%+4.5%(分别记作25SO、50SO和75SO),观察了不同比例豆油替代鱼油对凡纳滨对虾幼虾生长和肝体比的影响.养殖试验结束后,各试验组凡纳滨对虾的增质量率和特定生长率没有显著差异(P>0.05).随着豆油比例的增加,试验组存活率均显著高于对照组FO(P<0.05),其中75SO组存活率最高.与对照组FO相比,各试验组对虾的饲料系数均显著降低(P<0.05),其中75SO组饲料系数最低.随着豆油添加量增加,肝体比呈上升趋势,25SO组和50SO组肝体比与FO组无显著差异(P>0.05),75SO组肝体显著高于FO组(P<0.05).结果表明,在凡纳滨对虾幼虾饲料中,豆油可以部分替代鱼油,而不显著影响其生长性能.通过二次回归分析,得到增质量率(y)与饲料中不同比例豆油替代量(x)的关系为y=-0.016 8x2+1.207 4x+435.7,R2=0.781 9,当饲料中豆油替代鱼油比例为35.93%时,凡纳滨对虾获得最大增质量率457.39%.
A 42-day feeding experiment was conducted with juvenile Litopenaeus vannamei to evaluate the effects of replacing dietary fish oil with soybean oil on growth performance and hepatosomatic indices.Shrimps in triplicate were respectively fed with four diets:6% fish oil(as control,FO),4.5% fish oil + 1.5% soybean oil(25SO),3% fish oil+3% soybean oil(50SO) and 1.5% fish oil+4.5% soybean oil(75SO).The results indicated that no significant differences(P0.05) were observed among the treatments on mass gain and specific growth rate.The highest survival rate was observed in 75SO group,being significantly higher(P0.05) than that of the control group.75SO group had the lowest feed coefficient,being significantly lower(P0.05) than that of the other groups.Among 25SO,50SO and FO group,hepatosomatic indices existed no significant differences,but that of 75SO group was significantly higher(P0.05) than that of FO group.The results indicated that partly replacing fish oil with soybean oil did not significantly affect growth performance of Litopenaeus vannamei,and the practice was recommended in their diet formulation.According to the two-dimensional relationship constructed between the growth rate and the percentage of fish oil substitution by soybean oil,y=-0.016 8x2+1.207 4x+435.7,the substitution at 35.93% in the diet yielded the best growth(457.39%) in juvenile shrimp.
