油库铁路专用线及附属设施安全评价 被引量:2

Application of SVM in Safety Evaluation for Oilery Railway Siding and Ancillary Facilities

摘要 根据安全系统工程理论,结合油库铁路装卸作业的特点,建立了油库铁路专用线及附属设施安全评价指标体系.并在此基础上将支持向量机(SVM)应用到安全评价模型中,实现对四种安全状态智能评判.此评价模型可为油库铁路专用线及附属设施安全管理、科学决策,以及安全评价机构的科学合理、定性定量的安全评价提供更为有效的途径和方法. According to safety system engineering theory,a safety assessment index is established for the oilery railway siding and the ancillary facilities on the bases of using support vector machine into the safety evaluating model,the effect of intellectual identification for the four kinds of safety states is considered.This model can provide more efficient methods of safety management and scientific decision-making for the oilery railway siding and the ancillary facilities and the assessing organizations to scientific qualitative and quantitative evaluation.
