摘要
目的探讨花粉浓度对过敏性鼻炎临床症状及抗过敏治疗效果的影响。方法 2010年3-4月采用RotorodModel 40容量法花粉采样器每日监测空气中悬铃木属花粉的浓度;3月份选择30例法国梧桐花粉过敏的季节性过敏性鼻炎患者,每日口服氯雷他定片10 mg,连用28 d,每天记录过敏性鼻炎症状,在第7天和第14天和第28天各复诊1次;同时选择30例尘螨过敏的过敏性鼻炎患者作为对照组,治疗方法同前;另有5例法国梧桐花粉过敏患者未予治疗随访完整个花粉季节。结果法国梧桐花粉浓度在200粒/m3以下时,花粉浓度与法国梧桐花粉过敏性鼻炎患者症状积分显著相关;法国梧桐花粉播散期法国梧桐花粉过敏性鼻炎患者的症状积分高于尘螨过敏性鼻炎患者,而在法国梧桐花粉播散期过后,法国梧桐花粉过敏性鼻炎患者的症状积分要低于尘螨过敏性鼻炎患者。结论花粉浓度对过敏性鼻炎抗过敏治疗效果有重要影响,在对过敏性鼻炎治疗药物的效果进行评价时,应同时对相关过敏原如花粉等进行监测。
Objective To evaluate the effect of pollen concentration on the clinical symptom and anti-histamine treatment of allergic rhinitis.Methods Rotorod Model 40 Sampler was used to monitor the Platanus acerifolia pollen concentration from March to April,2010 daily.Thirty patients with Platanus acerifolia pollen allergic rhinitis were enrolled in March and 30 patients with dust mite allergic rhinitis were chosen as control group.Each patient was given Loratadine 10 mg per day for 28 days and the symptom score was recorded every day.The symptom and sign were evaluated at day 7,14 and 28.Five patients with Platanus acerifolia pollen allergic rhinitis were observed in the whole Platanus acerifolia pollen season without treatment.ResultsThere was significant correlation between Platanus acerifolia pollen concentration and symptom score when the pollen concentration was below 200 grain/m3.The symptom score in the patients with Platanus acerifolia pollen allergic rhinitis was higher than that in those with dust mite allergic rhinitis in Platanus acerifolia pollen season,however lower than that in dust mite group after Platanus acerifolia pollen season.Conclusion The pollen concentration has an important effect on the treatment of allergic rhinitis.The pollen concentration should be monitored simultaneously when the curative effectiveness of the drug against allergic rhinitis is evaluated.
