轨道架线车升降平台和收放线装置液压系统设计与仿真 被引量:1

Design and simulation of hydraulic system of lifting platform and winding and unwinding device in wiring railcar

摘要 以轨道架线车升降平台和收放线装置为研究对象,利用AMESim软件建立了升降平台和收放线装置液压系统模型,通过设置主要参数,实现了液压系统动力学仿真。仿真结果表明,升降平台液压系统响应速度较快,上升和下降稳定性较好;在收线过程中卷筒运行平稳,系统压力越来越小,马达输出扭矩越来越小,符合收线过程中不卡线情况,为轨道架线车液压系统的性能评估和优化设计提供了一条新途径。 In order to research the lifting platform and winding and unwinding device of wiring railcars,the models of hydraulic system of lifting platform and winding and unwinding device were established with AMEsim software.Through the setting of main parameters,dynamics simulation of hydraulic system was carried out.The simulation results showed that the hydraulic system of lifting platform responded faster as well as had more stable lift and fall.Meanwhile,during the cable winding,the drum operated stably with the systematic pressure and output torque of motor getting smaller and smaller,which meets the requirements of cable unsticking.The study provides a new way for performance evaluation and optimization design of the hydraulic system of wiring railcars.
