摘要
以毛竹为原材料,将丙烯醇减压浸渍到竹材中,通过辐照产生接枝,制备竹材有机复合材料,并对不同工艺制备材料的密度和干缩性质进行测定。结果表明,随着浸渍时间的增加和辐照剂量的加大,生材、碳化材的径向全干干缩率、弦向全干干缩率都有下降但都高于对照组;而生材、炭化材的基本密度都明显增大。通过多因素方差分析结果表明,试材类型主效应仅对基本密度的影响极显著;浸渍时间主效应对径向全干干缩率影响显著;辐照剂量主效应对弦向全干干缩率、径向全干干缩率、轴向全干干缩率的影响显著。浸渍时间与辐照剂量的交互效应仅对径向全干干缩率的影响极显著。试材类型、浸渍时间和辐照剂量3个因素交互效应对径向全干干缩率、弦向全干干缩率、轴向全干干缩率的影响显著。随着浸渍时间延长,炭化材径向全干干缩率、弦向全干干缩率、轴向全干干缩率都有下降的趋势,基本密度逐渐增大。随着辐照剂量的增大,炭化材径向全干干缩率、弦向全干干缩率、轴向全干干缩率有下降的趋势,炭化材基本密度增大。
Taken bamboo as raw material,bamboo organic composite materials were obtained through allyl alcohol vacuum impregnation and radiation induced grafting.The specific gravity and shrinkage of materials induced by different processes were measured.With the increasing of impregnation time and radiation dose,the oven-dried radial shrinkage and oven-dried tangential shrinkage of original and carbonized materials all decreased,but they were still higher than that of the control groups;while the specific gravity of the two materials increased significantly.The ANOVA results revealed that only the influence of main factor of the different raw materials on specific gravity was significant;the influence of main factor of the soaking time on oven-dried radial shrinkage was significant;the influence of main factor of the radiation dose on oven-dried radial,longitudinal,tangential shrinkage were significant.The influence of interactive factors of the soaking time and the radiation dose on oven-dried radial shrinkage was significant;the influence of interactive factor of the three factors on oven-dried radial,longitudinal and tangential shrinkage was significant.With the increasing of soaking time,oven-dried longitudinal shrinkage,oven-dried radial shrinkage and oven-dried tangential shrinkage of carbonized material tended to decrease while the specific gravity increased gradually.With the increasing of radiation dose,oven-dried radial shrinkage,oven-dried longitudinal shrinkage and oven-dried tangential shrinkage of carbonized material decreased while the specific gravity increased.
